At the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference this week, Microsoft announced its partner compensation plan for Microsoft Online Services, its Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. The company also made moves to promote Windows Vista migrations and fight back against Apple's "Mac vs. PC" advertisements.
