Former Cisco partner Infra-Comm has filed a lawsuit against Cisco, accusing the vendor of stealing a customer. In this Partner News Podcast, senior news writer Rivka Little tells us that vendor poaching is a common problem, and VARs say they're glad someone finally stood up for the channel. The SearchITChannel.com staff also discusses the expanded virtualization partnership between Hewlett-Packard and VMware, and there's a preview of the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference.
